Involved in diving since 1999 with approx. 280 dives in Scotland the Red Sea and the Maldives. As with Sarah following a try dive with the club, Stuart completed PADI OW and AOW in the Red Sea and was introduced to relative cold water of the west coast of Scotland before formally joining the club and crossing over to the BSAC qualification scheme. He achieved Dive Leader in June 2004 and is working on his instructor status. As a mechanic by trade the reason for his involvement as equipment officer is obvious!
